Norton Internet Security Configuration

Norton Internet Security will automatically configure itself upon installation to block pop-ups. Use the Security Assistant to configure Norton Internet Security software to allow our courseware to run properly.
Norton Internet Security 2003
- Double click the Norton Internet Security icon in your system tray
- In the Settings for: area, check to see if Ad Blocking is turned on. In order for the Serebra courseware to run, you will need to disable this feature.
- To turn off Ad Blocking select Ad Blocking, and in the right pane a Turn Off button will appear
- Click this button, and then check to make sure Ad Blocking is turned off
- Close the Norton Internet Security options window.
Norton Internet Security 2004
- Double click the Norton Internet Security icon in your system tray
- Select Ad Blocking
- Click the Configure button
- Click the Advanced button
- Click the Add Site button
- Type in our web site in your browser address bar
Example http://www.easylearning.org/ - Click the OK button
- Select easylearning.org from the list on the left
- Select the User Settings tab
- Uncheck Use Ad blocking Settings and Select the Permit option
- Click the OK button until you are back to the main Norton Internet Security Window
- Exit the program and restart your computer
